Ministries

Connect with a range of ministries and activities within our Church Family.

  • We usually host two Sunday church services in our main auditorium at 8 Riverhills Road (Corner of Horizon Drive) Middle Park at:

         Sunday morning at 9:30AM

Sunday evening at 5:00PM  (postponed until further notice)

A church service involves a gathering of people who come to connect and hear God's Word, the Bible. It begins and ends with songs of praise, and features a sermon (a talk) on God's Word. Each service runs for approximately 80 minutes. ..more

All are welcome to attend; all ages, ethnicities, cultures, backgrounds and religion.

  • Sunday School is a space for primary schoolers to learn and experience God.  We run this program during the Sunday Morning Service at 9:30 am during school terms.

In this time, we dance and sing some fun songs, we hear a story from the bible, get to create a craft activity, and pray together all while learning how awesome our God is.  ..more

We love to see children come and join with us.

  • We believe in the power of God through prayer.

    Why?

Because God Himself has invited us to pray, and He’s also promised to give us mercy and grace to help us in our time of need each time we pray (Hebrews 4:16).

At Centenary Baptist we use prayer in our services, small groups and specific prayer ministries..more

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16 NIV)

  • A Home Group is a small gathering of people who meet at a house, or at the church building to discuss the bible and get to know each other better. Meeting in a home group allows individuals to connect with a small group of people, and grow together in God's Word. ..more

Centenary Baptist has a variety of home groups that you can participate in.

  • Mainly music is a fun music group for parents or primary care givers to enjoy together with their young child. Throughout the session, children develop gross and fine motor skills, language, imagination, mathematical and pre-reading skills as well as socialise with others. ..more

  • Youth Group

We run a youth group for grades 6 - 12 children. It is an evening of fun, games, food and discussions. Admission is free.

It is on most Friday nights but you need to check out the Centenary Baptist Youth facebook page for dates and times.
