Prayer

At Centenary Baptist we consider prayer to be the backbone of all we do and achieve in the Church, we pray in our services, small groups and specific prayer ministries.

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16 NIV)

Sunday Prayer Gatherings

Before the service each Sunday we pray down the front of the auditorium once the band has finished their practice – usually from 9am. If you arrive at church and see the band praying down the front, please feel free to come and join in.

After the service each Sunday we invite anyone wanting prayer to speak to one of the Elders, or someone they feel comfortable with.

Monthly Prayer Gathering

On the third Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm we meet for a time of worship and prayer.

Prayer Network

Within the church there are people who set time aside for specific prayer as requested.

If you would like this group of faithful men and women to pray with or for you concerning a particular issue then please let us know.  You can email your request to church@centenarybaptist.org.au

In addition, anyone from our Sunday Service welcome team and leadership team can put you in touch with our prayer ministry leader Alan Roberts.

Would you like to join the prayer network?  Please contact Alan Roberts for details.
